In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.

Procedure: To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision by email at megad6222@gmail.com, indicating their contact details, the order number, and, if applicable, using the standard withdrawal form provided for in Article L.221-5 of the Consumer Code. The product must be returned to the Seller in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, within fourteen (14) days following the notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. The refund of the purchase price will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

Article 8. Commercial guarantee "Satisfaction or Refund" 28 days

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, the Seller grants the Customer a commercial guarantee of "Satisfaction or Refund" extending the return period to twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The legal warranty of conformity applies regardless of any commercial warranty that may be granted.

Article 11. Legal warranty for hidden defects (art. 1641 Civil Code)

In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the Seller is liable for hidden defects in the sold item that render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or that diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lower price if they had known of them. The action for warranty must be brought within two years from the discovery of the defect.

Article 12. Limitation of liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product, particularly in the case of non-compliance with the instructions, failure to respect the contraindications mentioned in Article 3, or the Client's pre-existing medical conditions.
