1. Service Areas
Days Edits ships the Lumina Glow 4.0 to the following destinations:
- Metropolitan France: standard delivery available;
- Overseas Departments and Regions (DOM-TOM): Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, and other overseas communities, subject to carrier availability;
- European Union: delivery available in all EU member countries.
For any delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us at megad6222@gmail.com before placing your order.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge for any order placed in the store, regardless of the destination among the listed service areas above. No shipping fees will be charged to you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The indicated times are estimates in business days from the confirmation of shipment (not from the order). They may vary depending on carrier conditions, peak periods, or exceptional events.
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days;
- DOM-TOM: 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination;
- European Union: 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination country.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days following payment validation, subject to stock availability.
4. Carriers
Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste) or DPD depending on the destination and service availability at the time of shipment. The Seller reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier, without this choice affecting the guaranteed delivery times or conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package directly on the carrier's website (laposte.fr for Colissimo, dpd.fr for DPD). For any tracking issues, please contact us at megad6222@gmail.com mentioning your order number.
6. Receipt of Package: Reservations and Checks
Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you:
- Check the external condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person;
- In case of visible damage (crushed, damaged, or opened package), make precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note or the carrier's slip;
- Refuse the package if the damage is evident and the contents are visibly damaged;
- Keep the original packaging in case of dispute.
7. Liability in Case of Loss or Damage
The transfer of risk occurs at the time the package is handed over to the carrier. In case of loss or damage occurring during transport:
- Contact Days Edits at megad6222@gmail.com as soon as possible and no later than 3 business days following the estimated delivery date (in case of loss) or the receipt date (in case of damage);
- Include in your message your order number, a description of the issue, and, in case of damage, photographs of the package and the product;
- Days Edits will handle the procedures with the carrier and arrange for the reshipment of a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference and subject to the outcome of the carrier's claim process.
8. Delivery Address
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Days Edits cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer. In case the package is returned to the Seller for this reason, the reshipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
