Our Commitment
At Lumina by Days Edits, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your legal rights regarding returns as well as the additional commercial guarantee we provide. For any questions, contact us at megad6222@gmail.com.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal of 14 Days
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.
Procedure:
- Send your withdrawal request by email to megad6222@gmail.com, specifying your name, your order number, and your decision to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law (available in the annex of the General Terms and Conditions);
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the product;
- The product must reach us in its original packaging, complete (device, accessories, manual, protective glasses), without having been used excessively beyond what is necessary to appreciate its nature and characteristics;
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility;
- The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned package, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
2. Commercial Guarantee "Satisfaction or Refund" 28 Days
In addition to your legal rights, Days Edits offers you an extended commercial guarantee: you can return your Lumina Glow 4.0 within twenty-eight (28) calendar days following receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
This commercial guarantee is exercised under the same conditions as the legal right of withdrawal (notification by email, return in original condition, return shipping costs at your expense). It does not restrict your legal rights and is in addition to them.
3. Legal Compliance Guarantee of 2 Years
Regardless of the right of withdrawal and the commercial guarantee, you benefit from the legal compliance guarantee provided for in Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, lasting two (2) years from the delivery of the goods.
In case of non-compliance (product not conforming to the description, malfunctioning upon delivery or within 24 months following delivery), you can request:
- The repair or replacement of the product (at the Customer's choice, within the limits provided by Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code);
- A price reduction or the resolution of the contract if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
To exercise this guarantee, contact us at megad6222@gmail.com, attaching your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photos. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller under the legal compliance guarantee.
4. Legal Guarantee of Hidden Defects
You also benefit from the guarantee of hidden defects provided for in Article 1641 of the Civil Code. If a hidden defect makes the product unfit for its use or significantly diminishes its use, you can choose between returning the product for a full refund of the price or keeping the product with a partial refund of the price. The action must be initiated within two years from the discovery of the defect.
5. Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and the commercial guarantee:
- Returned incomplete, damaged, or whose original packaging is irreparably deteriorated;
- Returned after the deadlines mentioned above;
- Showing signs of use incompatible with a simple trial (makeup marks, cosmetic products, physical damage).
These exclusions do not apply in the case of non-compliance or hidden defects.
